HOW TO WASTE ¥10 TRILLION YEN AND NOT EVEN CARE

“The BOJ is hard at work!!”

Between Friday & last night [Sunday], the BOJ threw 𐰂 10 TRILLION YEN at

intervention to try and stem the rise of USDJPY over the 150 level … this morning

as New York comes into trade, USDJPY is in the 149 handle … nice work guys,

you’re doing God’s work here on earth propping up Japanese banks & life

insurers … all that money for one stinkin’ handle.

Meanwhile, with OPEX over and the FED speaker blackout in effect to the FED

meeting on Wednesday, November 2, financial markets get to navigate a space

bereft of FED news, something they seem incapable of doing without dying on

the vine … meanwhile, Britain & Japan as “F’d UP” as ever, with Britain trying to

copy Italy to see which government can topple first & how often … and Japan?

… insane “Peter Pan” [I think I can, I think I can] Kuroda leading the country to

hyperinflation at some point … it’s only a question of “WHEN”, not “IF”.

I came into today looking at USDJPY, fresh off of its intervention on Friday, only to

see it again Sunday night … “well, there’s $50 billion wasted, so  it looks like this is

the space to be in … oooof!, guess again Skippy … but to be fair, EVERYTHING

IS DEAD since I hit my screens early this AM … oil dead, Cable even deader-er-er,

and the DOW30 not doing Mr. Jack Squat since the NYSE open … surely the YEN

can move, right? … NOPE! … another useless Monday with tiny ranges and even

tinier VIX … SOMETHING FRICKIN’ MOVE, PLEASE! … [THAT PLEADING TO THE

TRADING GODS WENT UNANSWERED!]  … Lightning in a bottle or dead as Hell,

some choice, huh? … and today it’s the latter, as everything should be sitting in

the county morgue … no trades today … not for lack of want or effort, but simply

cuz there isn’t anything to do … onto tomorrow.

… OUTTA HERE … “The future’s so bright I need 2 pairs of  sunglasses 😎😎,

and my own Brinks armored truck” πŸ’“!! … Onward & Upward!!
