BEHOLDEN TO CORRUPTOCRATS

“They never rest!!”

It’s “hurry up & wait” day, as the financial world prepares for tomorrow’s most

important jobs number EVAHHHHHHHH!, [until the next one of course, natch]

… tonight sees the BOJ with an interest rate policy decision [read “yield curve

control (YCC)], and inflation numbers, so the Asian session tonight may hold

some fireworks for GBPJPY … as for the “U.S. of China”, it should be clear by

now to anyone with a functioning brain cell still left, that 1) U.S. POLS are as

corrupt as anything the Norks, Chicoms, & Ruskies have in their arsenal, and

for my money lead the list of the worst … how many examples do you need?, and

2) the Lounge Lizards at the FED have no clue WTF they’re doing and “winging it”

… and if the numbers tomorrow morning are “hot”, you have to wonder when

“Stock Bellies” finally “get the message & smell the coffee” and start selling in

earnest.

Given where rates are at now, how the Hell does that translate into “taming”

inflation … let’s see, 10 YR. yield ~ 4%, and real inflation, not the made up bullshit

fed to the masses by the Department of Unicorns & Fairy Tales, a robust 10%+,

and getting worse … and “Stonks” and ‘Stock Bellies” blissfully ignoring it cuz

maybe the FED will pause or pivot … in what universe does this make any sense?

… but factor in corporate buybacks [the biggest financial scam in history next to

government “for the people”], the “Plunge Protection Team” [PPT] [government

buying stocks, what could possibly go wrong here?], and the publics appetite for

tech stocks as their proxy for financial salvation into the future, and it’s a rough

go to the downside in earnest … meanwhile, other central banks doing their best

to make the “Three Stooges” look brilliant … FX strong one day, and the next day

it stinks … go figure.

I don’t even know how you can accurately come up with any reasonable

explanation to describe the shit that went on today … bank troubles, JPM catching

heat for Epstein ties, “risk” suddenly found itself … unemployment numbers now

important? … you can’t make this shit up and have anybody believe you … then

there’s the “Pump & Dump” of “Stock Bellies”, where the entire space lives &

operates in fantasyland … melt-up, panic lower, rinse and repeat each and every

day, leaving nothing but wreckage along the way … throw in scumbag LP’s and

the way they fill orders, and generate slippage for themselves is disgusting, as

well as the banks and large funds running stops, and then fading the action

… quite frankly, they should all be in jail.

Then there’s FX, the largest criminal casino arena, where the daily Chicom

“Pumps & Dumps” in the Asian session set the tone for “risk on / risk off”

[RORO], and the orders go out across the globe so the money launderers can be

ready for the NYSE open, where Chipmunks everywhere feed and park money

… specifically, YEN moves are highly suspicious IMHO, and do so only to benefit

Japan’s banks, life insurance companies, importers and exporters … and with

anybody who’s anybody getting part of the “FX skim”, who’s gonna complain?

… then there’s days like today, where anything the day before NFP numbers is a

total joke … up / down / screw stops / front run big orders … Dear banks: “am I

close or am I close to the truth here?”

Quite frankly, I don’t know which arena pisses me off more or disgusts me to no

end … it’s a real toss up … today sees GBPJPY and the rest of the crosses

trading in tight ranges [although GBPAUD & GBPCAD have decent ranges],

which you’d kinda expect, but hope there’s some follow through somewhere for

some gains without the usual “walk up/down the hill” slow crawl bullshit we have

to withstand too often … nope, we get the worst of all worlds today … what a

bucket of shit … yes, the trading algorithm performed well, but the market didn’t

give us enough of any kind of action worth taking … GBPJPY with barely a 100

PIP range for the day, and basically most of the day following the “Stock Bellies”

up/down paranoia, which of course is insane but done anyway.

I mentioned the other day the other crosses with excellent trading conditions

… one of ‘em was GBPCAD, which I wrote about years ago as one of my favorite

crosses … quite frankly, it’s 2 biggest assets are 1) it moves well, and 2) it ain’t

the YEN, meaning the bullshit RORO we’re fed every day by the financial MSM,

which can be anything, can be ignored to a great extent … CAD is a commodity

currency, but it doesn’t have an insane central bank like Japan, so general moves

in commodity prices will affect it … but it moves, and what else do we want?

… well, only that it moves better or smoother than YEN, which can/is be a

nightmare … starting with tomorrow’s trade, I’m gonna switch over to GBPCAD

… lately, I just don’t like the pattern of trading action in either GBPJPY or

USDJPY … IMHO we’ll do better in GBPCAD, and if by chance this pair

disappoints, I’ll move over to GBPAUD … no trades today in anything … onto

tomorrow and the NFP Idiocy.

… OUTTA HERE … “The future’s so bright I need 2 pairs of sunglasses 😎😎,

and my own Brinks armored truck” 💓!! … Onward & Upward!!

IDIOCY DEFINED

“If financial markets were a person!!”

Who’s up for a QUINTUPLE REVERSAL day? … no you say, that can’t and

doesn’t happen? … well, feast your eyes on yesterday’s “Spoos” trading action

where we got just that! … welcome to the casino, where EVERYTHING is

possible.

I realize Japan was closed last night cuz of “Emperor’s Day”, just one of the

hundreds of Holidays enjoyed by the Japanese … but does that mean the entire

world goes with ‘em? … seriously, overnight some of the softest ranges and

trading activity you can ever hope to see … with all that’s going on in the world

today, how can this be? … do people not care anymore or did they simply run

out of money?

I noted yesterday, it doesn’t really matter what you got up on your screen, and

that’s true … when the “Spoos” are quiet, everything is quiet … one of the pairs

I have always been fascinated with is GBPCAD … 1) it’s not the YEN on the

denominator, 2) USDCAD is a North American market, meaning it trades through

the London Fix and goes until the NYSE close at 4 PM EST, and 3) it’s always had

pretty decent and CONSISTENT VIX … not usually too hot nor cold when it comes

to ranges and trading action … the key here, is the total cost to trade it and can

the LP’s give you honest & fair fills … in the past, when Turnkey was around,

getting fair fills was a problem, a big problem … and the spreads were definitely

higher with Turnkey by about 1.5 - 2.0 PIPS … however, since Coinexx has taken

over Turnkey, their spreads are easily below 1 PIP most days … on news of

course, when SHTF they will jack higher, but that happens with everything, not

just FX, and not limited to Coinexx.

Is this “Worldwide Vacation Day” … outside of a little trading in the “Spoos”,

where we’ve just crossed into reversal territory to the downside, nothing else

seems to want to trade at all … FX pairs and crosses simply D.E.A.D. … I’m

watching GBPCAD, and for the last 4+ hours, this cross hasn’t got a 25 PIP range

… what’s going on? … well, outside of nothing! … now a little movement into the

New York afternoon … GBPJPY after hitting a new high for the year a couple of

days ago, is down again, and it’s been a slow walk down the hill ever since

… very tough trading conditions not made any better with Japan being closed.

Over in “Stock Bellies”, a quick feed the Chipmunks at the open [natch], and

also everybody that thinks NVIDIA is gonna take “Stonks” higher … that lasted

about 20 minutes, and since then it’s been a move to new lows, almost straight

down with only very brief rallies … as I stated in previous blogs, I don’t feel

comfortable giving COINEXX volume lots that are necessary to trade the “Spoos”

… I don’t care what they say, we’ll get butchered worse than a fat hog … we can

however trade the DOW30, and that’s what I’m watching … I’d like to see more

range, cuz lately New York session ranges have been awful … the current 20 Day

Range MA for the NY session is over 400 index points, but that is skewed to the

upside by a few big range days [thanks to the FED & CPI], and an awful lot of

shit days … it’s closer to 300 than 400, but no matter, it simply needs more

consistent action minus the nuclear blowups … the spread has been OK, but the

trading action hasn’t … today’s “Trading Ratio” [TR] barely above 3, which is

acceptable [but not ideal], and I’d like to see it somewhat higher above 4

… currently on the daily chart coming into important support around the 32,700

area … if that gives way, it could lead to a very nasty sell off … quite frankly, over

the last few days, I’ve been keeping “powder dry” and not taking the buy signals

in the DOW30 from the algorithm when the Heiken Ashi Smoothed [HAS] has

been pink/red … the gains small, and the red spikes from Hell show up and take it

all away in seconds … pushing the liquidate button on a red spike down in the

DOW30 guarantees a shit fill … how shitty a fill depends on how deep the red

spike, and some of them can get mighty deep … mighty deep! … one thing I

will note, though, is that the HAS does a great job of tracking short term price

behavior … when it’s pink/red, the market has a tough time rallying and stalls

around the pink/red zone of the HAS … likewise, when the HAS is blue, there’s

support and “wind at your back” for rallies on small breaks that turn higher

… when the line is breached and slope color changes, you can get some nasty

m1 moves very quickly.

Right now, U.S. “Stock Bellies” are in the grip of 1) specs being positioned too

long, which leads to selling, 2) lost hope of the Lounge Lizards anytime soon

pausing or pivoting on rates, and 3) somewhat baffling hotter macro economic

numbers that IMHO are pure bullshit … and until this streak lower runs out of

steam on the downside, you got to be very careful in your trading … I will remind

readers, that if you just don’t get whacked in the back “6” of the “88/6/6”

paradigm, you back the ship up to carry away the money … ignore this advice,

and the back “6’ can take months, if not years of gains away faster than Biden’s

brain turning to mush … that’s pretty quick! … historically, what we need to see

is some kind of “capitulation” on the NYSE open, and then prices going higher

into the afternoon and close … so far that’s been completely absent … I don’t

necessarily need to see it before I trade the DOW30, but I would like to see it

happen soon enough to get us out of the back “6” … first, though, we need

better action via conditions, and that starts with CONSISTENT VIX … normal

DOW30 range in the NY session over 450 - 500+, and a TR >4 … no worries, it’ll

be here soon enough!

Meanwhile over in ETHUSD, that market is bedeviled with spikes from Hell that

distort pretty much everything … both up & down it makes no difference … they

come out of nowhere, and have been going nowhere, but if you get caught in any

of them you’re toast … you’ll have to make an enormous additional amount of

trades, AND BE PROFITABLE ON ALL OF ‘EM, just to make up for one trade that

went bat shit crazy [BSC] in seconds or a couple of minutes … and it’s been

happening far too regularly for my taste … again today to the downside by about

$20 - $30 in less than 2 minutes … then goes “Loser Formation” straight

sideways afterwards … this leaves me cold … ICE COLD! … gold & crude oil are

simply dead and at present not worth looking at or bothering with unless you

need losses.

No trades today for the PAMM, but that will change shortly … today was the first

halfway decent day in “Stock Bellies”, and although not ideal, was on the side of

“acceptable” … I have no idea what has caused this shortening of ranges and

dampened VIX … maybe 0DTE options and OPEX, but I doubt it .. given the news

flow, both domestic and foreign, “Stock Bellies” should be exploding with volume

& volatility … and yet, it’s been eerily absent, with only today seeing some pickup

… I don’t think either the “Spoos” or NDX100 is gonna work for us at Coinexx

with the PAMM … 1) I don’t trust them, 2) their CFD sizes are too small, thus

making my order size too large for them to fill fairly and honestly … and I don’t

want to get screwed by these LP thieves on a “big order” [that really isn’t] … the

DOW30 is a different story, and at least so far with Coinexx, my trades have been

OK in terms of fills and latency, and the trade size is normal for the industry at

1 * the index.

Algorithm buy signals in the DOW30 have been excellent, although when ranges

are small and tight profits aren’t nearly the same … you just have to be paranoid

about spikes from Hell and stop runs, and where the spread is … lately [since the

merger with Turnkey], the spread has been a consistent 2 - 3 index points, with

somewhat slow days seeing 2, and more volatile days seeing 3 … hopefully, now

that the DOW30 has broken out of that very tight 3+ week range, we can get back

to normal, and I can resume trading it … the “Profit Yacht” is ready to sail!

… onto tomorrow.

SUNDAY UPDATE: GBPUSD POISED TO MOVE

“Yes, but there’s a reason why he’s pointing to his head!”

With Cable [GBPUSD] out of the FX prison it’s been in for approximately the last
4 years, there are plenty of reasons to believe intraday VIX is poised to move
AND STAY HIGHER for the foreseeable future … in many ways, the general
election on December 12th unleashed a tsunami wave of resentment &
frustration aimed directly at globalist, establishment, & especially Libtard POLS &
Apparatchiks. The British people are fed up with 1) unchecked immigration from
MENA [Middle East North Africa] wannabe’s, 2) lack of public safety,
3) deteriorating standard of living brought on by socialist bullshit, and 4) the
failure to deal with the “will of the people” via BREXIT … in many ways, and I
don’t think you can understate this, the next 5 years are either going to bring
Britain prosperity under Tory leadership like Reagan did at the start of 1980, and
which led to a tremendous economic boom in the U.S., or BoJo and his crew will
FUBAR it to the hilt and Britain sinks to the bottom of the economic pile … from
my trading perspective, that spells tremendous opportunity for profit in Cable
and some selected Cable crosses.

I am adding 3 more Cable crosses to my focus … 1) GBPCHF, 2) GBPAUD, &
3) GBPCAD, all of which can be traded at PRIMEXBT under the best trading
conditions you’ll ever see … even though I showed this table last week, again
today I’m putting it up in the Sunday blog update cuz it’s important to
understand what it costs to trade … directly below, the PRIMEXBT BID/OFFER
SPREADS TABLE.

click on ANY chart or table to enlarge

Beginning this week, I’m going to separate all of the markets 20 Day Range MA
charts by “Market Category”, and then comment on the group.

CABLE & CABLE CROSSES

With the election results from December 12th in the books, ranges and by default
“intraday VIX" is on the rise. In determining what to trade of the 5 FX pairs, you
have to ask yourself if paying higher trading costs is worth it in a cross versus
simply GBPUSD … right now from looking at the charts above, GBPAUD has
greater than 50%+ more volatility than GBPUSD, and yet only costs ½ to maybe
1 PIP more than Cable, making this pair definitely worth trading. GBPCHF not so
much, and GBPCAD not as good as GBPAUD. Of the group, it’s pretty much a
“no brainer” IMHO … either trade Cable or GBPAUD.

Directly below, are the monthly ranges for the GBPCHF, GBPAUD, & GBPCAD
… this chart is also posted over in “Download Links”, and will be updated at the
end of each month … anytime you want to check it out again, simply go view it
online by clicking the link.

Clearly you can see how stable the monthly volatility is in each cross … while
BREXIT back in 2016 raised all Cable crosses, it’s settled down on a monthly
basis with rather wide ranges.

Before I continue with the groupings, I’ve decided to make trading Cable & the
Cable crosses I’ve listed, as a separate “Traders Course” [TC] e-book … instead
of cluttering up the 100 page TC with more material, Cable and Cable crosses will
be the sole content of “Traders Course II” [TCII] … since we’re in the midst of
Christmas week, I’ll have it up for release by next Sunday, and I don’t think we’ll
be missing much action, so no need for me to rush this … TCII will be added to
the original TC, and if you open an account at PRIMEXBT through my affiliate
link, and fund it with anything, you’ll get both TC & TCII FREE … otherwise, if
you don’t like saving money, want to trade somewhere else and give dinero
away, send me $60 in BTC at the E-Wallet address in the header, and I’ll send it to
you that way … those that have already gotten the TC, I’ll email you TCII
automatically next Sunday, so sit tight it’s coming.

The material in the original TC works wonders if daily ranges are low and Cable
sits with a 20 Day Range MA BELOW 70 … it will see higher “false positives” the
more volatile Cable gets and its 20 Day Range MA rises … and for the Cable
crosses, it’s especially important to use the algorithms in TCII … GBPAUD, in
particular, almost always is volatile, and as I wrote years ago in a research report,
it’s one of 2 crosses you can ALWAYS COUNT ON to be volatile and make a living
trading, no matter what the hell else is happening in other markets [the other FX
cross pair is GBPNZD, but PRIMEXBT doesn’t offer this cross for trading] … so,
with BREXIT out of the way, it makes sense now before SHTF in Cable and its’
crosses, to release this algorithm and for me to show you how to make shiploads
of money trading a relatively FREE MARKET! … and believe me, if you can
1) FOLLOW DIRECTIONS [yea, I know … but can you?], 2) get your brain into
“algorithm mode”, and 3) not do “stupid shit” like taking humungous losses
[go ahead, give me the 48 reasons for doing it, I’m listening … not], you’re gonna
need a bigger yacht to carry away the money … it’s there, all you gotta do is go
get it!

STOCK INDICES

Notice a “theme” in all of these? … right, they all are hugging yearly lows in
terms of range … and you can thank central banks everywhere, but especially
the FED, who makes it one of their missions from God, to eradicate VIX from
stock indices … simply pathetic.

PRECIOUS METALS

Wonderful to buy and hang onto, but a frickin’ nightmare to trade … especially
when ranges contract, thank you very much FED “Rally Protection Team” [RPT]
… wide spreads, slippage from hell on any order, and the general
“scumbaggery” from the scumbag bullion dealer banks make both untradeable
… “even when ranges were higher over the last summer, most of the trading
action came in the dark & the “wee hours”, not in New York … the level of
manipulation and bullion dealer theft are the highest of any market you care to
name … throw in fraudulent bid/offer quotes that aren’t in any way real, and you
have no idea where your fill is gonna be when you hit the button … quite frankly,
I don’t ever see this changing up and until the revolution that sees the FED ended,
so both are not on my trading RADAR at the moment, or are likely to be in the
near future … plenty of other markets that have much better trading conditions.

Directly below, the “VIX MATRIX” Table for the upcoming week.

I’ve added the appropriate Cable crosses to the table, and also added another
very important column you should pay particular attention to … in addition to
what it costs to trade via round turn [RT] commission versus notional, I’ve added
what it costs to trade relative to the 20 Day Range MA, a far more important
number … and looking at some of these numbers, some are bad and some are
great … the numbers in “GREEN” make the pairs good candidates to trade, and
the numbers in red are WARNING SIGNS … I’m not sayin’ don’t trade these pairs,
cuz they have their moments, but know what you’re getting into before you trade
them, cuz they are expensive! … and as is the case with both gold & silver, while
it’s cheap to trade, there are other variables that make them a nightmare … both
Cable and all the crosses are excellent.

Trading last week in the FX CHOICE PAMM / MAM, which is in the DOW30, was
difficult to say the least … performance was OK, but the inability of the
manipulators to let stocks correct even an inch has me worried … they keep this
shit up of “forever skyward” with no corrective activity at all, and what it invites
when the corrections come, is all out “Thelma & Louise” to the downside as
everybody and their brother tries to get out at the same time, thus unleashing
some hellish downside moves in seconds … it’s not a question of “IF”, it’s only
a question of “WHEN”! … in any event, directly below the PAMM / MAM
performance table for the latest week.

With Christmas on Wednesday, it messes the week up pretty good, but who
knows, stranger things have happened in the past, and just when you think
everything is dead, it comes to life with a vengeance … we’ll see what happens,
but regardless Cable, and most likely GBPAUD will have some very good
algorithm trades during the week ... onto the week! … until tomorrow mi amigos
… Onward & Upward!!

Have a great rest of your weekend everybody!
