You won’t find a better, more concise, article laying out the complete FUBAR
actions of the “smartest people in the room”, the Faculty Lounge Lizards over at
the FED, and the “house of cards” that’s been built these last years via their
complete hubris & stupidity … “hey Chuck, have you been reading my blogs
or what”?
A quiet Asian session, and of course a completely dead European session [so far],
where I dunno what they’re doing, but trading ain’t one of the options … Europe
simply completely useless for market movements … and as the sun rises in New
York, it’s all quiet on the money laundering front as the day begins.
We start the day very quiet … and then [see my shocked face], with 30 minutes
to a barrage of economic data coming at 08:30 AM EST, the DOW30 skyrockets
100 index points in 2 minutes … WTF is this? … and it’s one of 2 scenarios
… 1) inside info on what’s coming at 08:30 EST, or 2) somebody intentionally runs
buy stops early to get out of a long position or to get short, again in anticipation
of what’s coming that he/she knows and has been told … either way, it’s
BULLSHIT! … where are the fucking regulators when this shit happens like 20
times a week? … “oh wait, I forgot, they get part of the “skim” in their e-wallets,
so they see nothing, hear nothing, and most importantly DO NOTHING!
… corruption, corruption everywhere! … and then it’s onto ripping off the
“Chipmunks”, those lovable Dopes in the mutual fund, hedge fund, &
ETF / ETN community who do all of their buying / selling within about 10 minutes
of the NYSE open at 9:30 AM EST … the scumbag banks see the orders coming in
for the open, and they bid futures higher to sell during the first 5 minutes … nice
work if you can get it! … and Bingo!, Bango!, Boom!, there’s your 20 Day range
MA hit and the market is open for like 2 minutes.
There’s only 2 ways the algorithm signals will be false positives … 1) some
news hits that is “unexpected”, or 2) nothing is 100%, so it’s simply a losing trade
that falls through the cracks and ends up in the ± 3 “sigma” zone on the
probability curve … otherwise, there’s profit to be had.

DOWN SLIGHTLY.
Gold simply a “Flying Wedge of Death” [FWD] disaster, with no volumes, less
liquidity, and a pathetic daily range today … in the DOW30, one of our long
positions got caught after a buy signal with Preezy Depend’s budget team
reporting cap gains taxes are going to be retroactive … and down goes Frazier!
… well, that escalated quickly to the downside didn’t it? … and there goes the
“Stock Bellies” rolling down the hill … and unless there’s a denial rather quickly
to the report [which there wasn’t] it’s got the upside capped rather well going
forward for at least today … and since then it’s been nothing but a slow roll
downhill in price … oh well, shit happens, move onto tomorrow.
I don’t know if tomorrow has anything in it once “Stonks” open at 9:30 AM EST,
and then an hour passes … 3 day weekend coming up and traders will hit the
exits early you can make book on it … as for gold, it’s a “wait & see” game at
the moment, with market participants positioned heavily long … that spells
trouble dead ahead, and nobody has been shaken from the gold tree in any
serious manner, and that only means sell stops are in play below 1890 and 1872
if they can get it there next week … we’ll see.
Over in crypto land, the trading action in the alt-coins has been shriveling
quickly … there’s still plenty of trades, the question becomes where are they
going once you get a buy signal? … cuz when MOMO dies, these puppies turn
tail awfully fast and head south with a vengeance … No trades today for
“The Syndicate”, I need to see better action than we’re getting now.
